Welcome to my world of Photography and Mail Club
Many people know me for my years cracking eggs and manipulating sugar to make beautiful gumpaste flower decorated wedding cakes. What they don't know is that I started out as an Art photographer. At school I studied Art, Literature and Dance. My photos centered primarily around still lives, images that might draw you in. I love to play with juxtaposing objects to give meaning, or feeling. Back then I was also fortunate to show my work, and I did manage some awards. Now that I have hung up my apron, I have returned to making images again (though truthfully, I never stopped).
The mail club is my way of sharing my work along with giving you a quiet and personal moment of sitting down each month with an envelope full of beautiful things. Taking a moment for yourself, to take a breath, to slip into a different place.
In addition I write a personal letter, which gives context to what I am creating, and also offers another way to connect to one another. Each month is themed based on what has been recently inspiring me, or moving me, which pulls all the pieces together. At this point of my life I mostly think about magic, wisdom, beauty, and falling in love with the little things again.

Monthly Mail Club
What you can expect
- 5x7 postcard- featuring a still life photograph
- Curated letter- sharing thoughts about the month, what's on my mind, and about the relationship of the recipe to the image.
